If you are simply flushing the radiator, fill it with clean water (bottled is best) and run it through a few times. There is also "radiator flush" products that help break up build up in the radiator, that you can use; purchase at auto parts dealer near you - also, it's best to flush the block as well. You local auto parts dealer will have a tool (fairly cheap) that will allow you flush the entire system, as well as specific instructions.
