I noticed sn oil leak on tuppet cover on my opel corsa utility 1.4 what is the cause


the gasket is made of cork and they go brittle with age. It is an easy fix to replace. If you want you can try tightening down 1/8 turn, but 1/8th ONLY.

'Tappet' by the way, and the name of the cover is a 'rocker cover'..

Brakes


First look at the back of each wheel and see if you have any brake fluid leaking. If not then you probably have air in the system and you need to bleed the brakes

Got a corsa 07 got a ticking noise for about ten minutes then its ok but i think it will get worse


sounds like tappets they need adjusting get a screw driver a long 1 and put it against ur engine, and your ear to the handle of screwdriver wiles engine is running to hear the noise clearer, it sounds like oil is draing down then when u start up oil is pumped around it stops .

Had a new clutch fitted to my 1.2 sxi corsa, the mechanic can bleed the system,he says it needs a new master cylinder


Sometimes you have to bleed them with a vacuum pump.Cheap way is a turkey injector at bi-lo)or replace master cylinder.I have bled a lot of unwilling ones with the injector especilly ford rangers.

Engine is noisy after replacing oil pump


did you engine flush the engine before changing the pump. if the old pump broke then it may be the broken part still in there.

How to change the gearbox oil of a 2005 vauxhall corsa


Manual box I assume. Place a tin under the bottom plug . drain oil . replace plug and remove plug half way up side of box. Pump in oil until the oil flows back out . Let drain until oil is level with the bottom threads . Replace plug

Corsa utility not starting after running out of fuel


Is this the diesel model? If it is a diesel model it first needs to be bleeded. If this is the case, it is not a very serious problem, but quite annoying and difficult to perform.
