If it is a digital dash you need to replace the central control module located above the gas pedal. If it is not check in the glove box for the fuse panel caddys are known for hiding the fuse boxes in there.

Parking lights plate lights taillights and shift indicator light went out on my 95 mercury grand marquis LS. Not a spot for fuse, and changed lcm please help

But there would be a fuse for those lights, somewhere. The park/taillights and the license plate light would for sure be on the same fuse. Not sure about the shift indicator light, that might be on a separate fuse like for dash lights and/or instrument panel lights. But yes, you need to look at all your fuse panel sites again, there might be more than one under the dash, too, maybe behind the glove box or under the dash on the passenger side.

Check to see if your brake lights and rear turn signal lights work. Do they still work right? If they don't work either, there may be a ground problem with the rear lights. If still no help with the lights, one would need a voltmeter and a wiring diagram of the lights to track down the problem. Things like looking for power along the electrical path from the switch to the fuse panel to the lcm to the bulbs. First find the fuse. good luck.

Cruise control quit working, so where should I check. I would like to know about the wires and fuses and where to trace them down.

The 1994-95 Chrysler Minivans have four electrical panels/fuse boxes.:
  1. Fuse Block Panel (In Dash)
  2. Relay Block (In Dash)
  3. Micro Relay Block (In Dash)
  4. Power Distribution Center (Underhood)
Fuse block is located on left side of instrument panel, behind access door. Speed (cruise) control fuse is No. 14.
Note: If you have an airbag light on your dash litup, it might be something called a clockspring, which you'll have to take to the dealership/garage to get fixed. (Dealership is probably your best bet)
Hope this helps! :)

95 riviera dash lights or tail lights dont work

You probably have an open/blown tail/park lamp fuse. The dash light fuse gets power from the tail/park lamp fuse, so when you can't see your dash lights, you'll get the vehicle looked at and find you have no park/tail lamps either. It's a safety feature because otherwise you may never know your running lights are not working.
Check your park/tail lamp fuse.

The tail lights and interior dash lights have quit in 95 neon

Well, check the fuse box in the engine compartment...then check the fuse on your side panel at the end of the dash...last place, Flashers are located either on the bottom of the fuse block or on a module under the dash. They are replaced by simply pulling them straight out. Note that the prongs are arranged in such a way that the flasher must be properly oriented before attempting to install it. Turn the flasher until the orientation of the prongs is correct and simply push it firmly in until the prongs are fully engaged.

Dash tech supprt on the blink, and no heat

I have a ash out of a 95 Eldorado that worked fine when I took it out. I'm not sure if it will matchup with yours, but I can take a picture and you can compare it. It is a pain to change with the steering wheel in the way, but other than that, it is pretty much straight forward. If you want to see if the 95 Eldorado is the same, contact me for a picture.
