As soon as hit 41 it shakes real bad
Bad wheel bearing or out of balance wheel? Might bring it by an alignment shop and have them test drive it to pin point the problem.

My Death Wobble started immediately after I installed a set of Coil Spring Spacers (to lift 1.75 inches). Turned out, the DW was because while changing the height, I also lowered the CASTER angle in the front end. So, to fix it, I could have purchased a set of eccentric bolts for $50+. Instead I went out and purchased a piece of 1.5 inch flat bar for $10 from OSH. I cut out 4 1.5 inch squares. Then i drilled 7/16 inch holes centerline, but close to one side (in exactly the same place) on all for squares. I then removed the lower control arm bolts, nuts and washers. I installed these square offset washers I made so the front axle would be pushed forward (to increase the Caster angle). The toe setting changed a bit, so I reset them to about 1/8 inch toe in. After driving my Jeep, I noticed there is no more DW. The steering wheel was off center, but after 3 attempts, I have that perfectly centered. I have every intension of having the alignment checked, but not till after I find the new tires I want. If anyone is interested, I can draw out and photograph the cure and send it to you. could be a bent rim ? have you changed the universal joints? how about the tie rods and stabilizer bar

I had a similar problem and found that there are more than one possible cause. The simplest and least expensive is to have the front wheels balanced on a dynamic machine balancer. Then, reinstall the wheels/tires and give it a test run. If the problem is gone, your have fixed it.. If it persists, chances are that you have other suspension or shock problems. Get the front end aligned and checked for looseness or slack which would allow the tires to be pointed in different directions at the same time in a rapidly alternating manner. These are NOT things you can do without the benefit of a professional with the right tools and knowledge. A test drive with that professional mechanic will be a good place to start. If you want to save your tires and your personal well-being, it is wise to get this problem identified and resolved quickly. You represent a danger to yourself, your vehicle, your family, and to any other driver or pedestrian or obstacle in your path.. Bite the financial bullet and get it fixed, PRONTO!, or park it and walk.

I have this same car with exactly the same problem. Begins shaking at 40mph and stops shaking as soon as you let off the gas, but then begins again as soon as you press on the gas and smooths out as you get over 50. And the shaking is not felt through the steering wheel. Solution: Replace the transmission mounts. There are two of them, one on each side mounted on the frame right next to the shock strut. There is also a front and rear engine mount, but I replaced the two as described and shaking is gone.
