If you have a digital display I will recomend you take it to a dealer as it may require a sca diangostics of the body controll module as there are extensive circuits in these climate control systems without the proper tools and know how damage to these circuits may occuur under misguided information

SOURCE: low speed fan relay for the 2005 chrysler town and country

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

SOURCE: i have a 2001 Chrysler town and country with a heater problem

This is most likely low coolant level. Have you checked? When the level is too low, hot coolant doesn't circulate through the heater core. If you top it off, it should be throwing heat again. Keep an eye on the level, you may have a leak somewhere. If this isn't it, let me know so I can try to help further.

How to change the fan.i own a 2006 town an country chrysler van and the air conditioner works when the car is going but once I stop the tempature guage goes up to hot and the van will over heat causin

It should be a fairly simple R&R since the fan and shroud is bolted to the radiator support. Usually you take it out as an assembly.
If you haven't done so already, be sure and check the fuse and relay before condemning the cooling fan motor.

Front vents will not work

If they are stuck on defrost, then the problem is a little vaccum line that comes through the firewall as all the climate controls are vaccum controlled,so look for a small green or black plastic line unhooked.
