SOURCE: I have a 1996 Honda Accord and I have replaced the

There should be markings on the gears or pulleys for both parts. It would be a diamond or dot. The top part should be your cam and the mark would go on the bottom directly over the mark on the crank. The crank mark should be at high noon. They should not offset, they should be directly inline. Single overhead cam only.

Can I time the engine without taking the bottom pulley off?? If so is the middle mark on the pulley TDC? (1994 Honda Civic DX 1.5liter single overhead cam)

You should remove the Crankshaft Pulley, because you have to remove the Timing Belt Cover to remove the belt, adjust tension, and line up the Timing Marks.

Need diagram for timing marks for timing belt

You need a repair manual. Try Haynes. There are
timing marks on the camshaft and crankshaft sprocket.
I'm assuming you are replacing the timing belt and the
procedure requires the manual.

Need to know how to line the timing marks on the 1.7 ltr. sohc on my 2004 honda civic ex, has timing belt

there is a timing mark on the timing cover that lines up with the mark on the crank pulley (i believe the mark is above the white dot on the crank) then on the 2 gears up top, there are lines that should line up horizontally with the top of the timing cover.
