I had the same problem with now power to windows, mirrors and seat. The common soulution is the orange and or black wire in the boot have broken between the door and post.

Sounds familiar - I pulled the rubber boot back and found the black wire was broken. I stripped the wires and put on a couple bullet connectors (terminators) and all is good. Just wish I would have seen this post before I took the door panel off... Oh well...

I had the same problem. It is most likely in the boot between your rear driver door and the door post. Peel back the boot to expose the wiring and you will probably find that it has been pinched. From there, the wiring runs around the truck to the other windows and locks so they stop working as well. I found several wires bare and shorting. I taped them up and everything has been good for a few years since.

You need to remove all the skrews from the door. Normaly there is one in the handle of the door, one behind the in door lach handel and one under the bump out for the arm rest on the door. Than you need to take a flat head skrew driver slowly priying the panel off. There are plastic clips on the backside of the panel it is ok if you brake a few.
