Hi That happen to my car too.

This what you need to do. Sent the car to the work shop, request the wiremen to examine the wire connectors. The earth wire in the switch is not properly link. It is the manufactureres problem. All the 308 models batch from 2010 to 2012 have the same problem.

You have a GROUND ISSUE, Clean the Ground to the Chassis and it will start working... You can also add a Ground Wire EXTRA to fix it faster

Hi Pieter, The rear shafts both have ABS sensors which are gear like rotors and send signals to the computer. The signals received govern the ABS the traction control and speed sensors which in turn supply info to the transmission control and govern gear change. Have the rotors examined for damage and the pick up sensors which can be located on each of the four wheels. I suspect that one of the rear rotors is out of alignment or there is damage to one of the wheel sensors. Regards John

Speedometer works fine but no odometer or trip



You need to replace the VSS or vehicle speed sensor. Located on LH, lefthand rear of transmission.

The Output Shaft Speed Sensor is located at the lefthand, (sitting in the driver's seat) rear of the transmission.

Lefthand side of the engine compartment bulkhead, if its a diesel, beneath the rear seat, (fold down), remove inspection panel, and remove pump, filter is inside, for petrol.

Rear lefthand side brake light not working, put a brand new bulb in & still not working even though its working wen i have my lights on???


you will have to replace the bulb holder behind the light!! i had a similer problem on my old honda civic they tend to go!!! just simply unclick it from the rear of the light and unclip the connection and replace!! hope this helps
