Do not try driving the car or you may do more damage. Have it towed to a transmission shop. Many have a tow truck of their own or have arrangements with a towing company. You are looking at a full transmission rebuild.

Starts but does not move

Year make and model helps. But sounds like you are either low on transmission fluid or your transmission has died.

Can turn car on , but wont move forward or backwards

If its an automatic transmission, your shifter cable may have broken, torque converter may be blown, or fluid is very low.
If its a manual transmission, your clutch is shot, the slave cylinder, or linkage is broke

I have a 1999 GMC Suburban 1500 that started having front end popping/clicking yesterday. Tonight went to back into my parking spot, pulled forward to adjust and it did not move? I can only pull it forward...

Not CV. Red means transmission fluid. On front frame probably means you have a transmission cooler which is a smaller separate radiator that keeps the transmission fluid cool. That's probably where the leak is or the line leading to it. Check your transmission fluid (it has a dipstick) and make sure it shows at the proper level on that dipstick. Add transmission fluid by pouring into same tube dipstick is in. Drive to nearest shop and repair leak.

I have a 1993 lincoln continental thats starts and put it on drive and it wont move forward or backwards

Not much a home mechanic can do to an automatic transmission. Check your transmission fluid level, if it is at the proper level you will need to take the car to a professional.

Black fluid coming from back driver side tire. truck will not move forward or backward

the fluid you are seeing if its coming from where you say.Is fluid from the deferential axle meaning a seal is leaking or it also could be a brake fluid leak from the wheel cylinder.none of this will keep your truck from moving unless your fluid is coming from the transmission, that will keep it from moving if its low assuming you drive an automatic.

All the transmisssion fluid came out and it does drive but it's very hard to go forward and backward

Don't drive it without the transmission fluid, It will tear it up if it hasn't already.

Car cannot move forward while engine running

check transmission fluid first.if its low add to get correct level.if transmission fluid look dark smells burnt replace fluid and filter.if car still dont move forward.looks like you have bad worn out forward clutch plates and seals.also bad transmission oil pump.you need a overhaul or new transmission.

What would cause a P.T Cruiser to lose mph and not go anywhere

Sounds like transmission problems to me. Check your transmission fluid. If it is very low, you need to find out why. Probably a broken cooler line, (going from the transmission to the radiator) bad transmission output seal,(where the axles come out of the transmission) or front pump seal. (leaking between the engine block and the transmission housing) If it smells bad (like burned oil) and is dark brown, your transmission is burned up.
