Its very easy. All you have to do is take a screwdriver and pop off the right and left sides of the plastic pieces that attach to your radio and then just pop off the plastic piece in the middle and its as easy as that.

1988 Cadillac Deville. ELC light stays on in dash and drains battery

The light is on because the system fuse was removed, this causes the control module to see a fault. either fix the system or pull the dash and remove the warning bulb.

How to upgrade range rover sport gps 2008

To upgrade, if you have the CD/DVD/MP3 disk system, you need to purchase the new map disk from the appropriate map seller. I believe that is Navteq for all Land Rovers. It is specific to your VIN so when you install it it works with your VIN only. Sellers of these disks on eBay and other venues will tyell you they will work and most of the time they will not. The disk not only upgrades your maps but also the radio and the GraceNote music system as well.

Here's a link to a page that offers free shipping for updates. Looks like the latest update is for 2011-2012 so you might want to call Navteq and check. I have a 2013 and they won't release the 2014 maps even though the car is new.

How to remove evaporator from a 2008 eclipse

Hi Ryan, You have a very tough job ahead of you. You will need to have the system evacuated before doing any work on it. Keep the ozone layer forefront in your mind having that done. A good idea is to take detailed photos recording to order of dis assembly. The whole instrument assembly and dash need to be removed. Mark both sides of all electrical connections as you remove each. Most will only fit into the correct receptacle but its safer to be on the safe side. Remove the instrument panel by removing the screws at the top of the housing and gently pull it towards you. Remove the plugs from sockets. (each has a clip which must be pushed in.) I guess you have removed the fascia covers, climate controls and music system from the center consul already. Remove all nuts and bolts holding the dash and then remove music system and climate control mounting frames from the center consul. it is easier to remove the entire climate assembly than to try and work on it while it is in place. Taking that into account, open the hood (Bonnet) and disconnect the coolant pipes being very careful not to damage them while removing. Then remove the refrigerant pipes at the relevant joints. back inside the cabin remove the electrical connections and then the mounting nuts of the unit. Lift out the entire unit. You will see spring clips locking the assembly casing together. Remove those relevant to your job and when the evaporator is exposed do what you intended with it. It would be a good idea to replace all 'o' ring seals as you have gone this far, that is if you still want to? The job will take about two days. When assembling if you forget to replace some of the nuts and bolts your vehicle will rattle and vibrate. Regards John

Replace the dash mounted ignition switch at a 2000 malabu

first disconnect negative battery terminal. ( on models equipped with the theift lock audio system, be sure the lock out system is turned off, before disconnecting battery ). first remove dash board trim around the trim has to come off of dash. after removing trim on dash, there are 2 screws to re move ignition swith remove these screws, then pull out switch and disconnect the wiring connector. you may have to wiggle the switch one way or the other to get it out. the trim on dash just pulls straight out. us something to get behind trim and pop it out. be carful the trim will crack very easy. good-day !!

Music system upgrade to my Pontiac G5 2007

I own the same car as you do. The dash only looks hard to remove. All you have to do is remove the thin plastic pieces on the right and left of the radio with a screwdriver. Just stick the screwdriver in between the plastic and the dash and pry them off slowly. Next you have to pry off the middle doing the same thing and its as easy as that. By the way you do not have to worry about the 10 inch sub to upgrade ur system.

As far as sounds, the audio system in the corollas are pretty easy to upgrade. You can take it to your local audio shop, or if you chose to do it yourself, there are many websites to order parts for cheap.
Seats, inside door panels and dash, upholstery shop, depends if they are torn or faded

Audi A3 Replacement of dash board with second hand one.

yes you can,

But stiill ther is a problem ,like you have to sacrifice with your dashboard's botom front side some cuts,

like when you installed your old dashboard you have to cut that part which interfier with dashboard some wiring can passed out but some fual pump cant buy passed cause if we do add some pipes for closing cicuit than its not create some pressure as car injection system needs,

so as you need some cuts from your dashboard you can & some joints you have to do but,

you can do this or can extend some pipelines for fual pumps but you will loose some power at higher RPM ,

so take easily,do with care,

THNX
