I have a 2003 plymouth voyager p0700-p0755,came up have no curent to speed senser-check eng.light, blinker's or insterment cluster

If you are saying the instrument cluster is not working correctly, you need to check the fuse and the power circuit to the cluster.
Looking at the wiring diagram, I don't see any power going to the speed sensor, so I think it generates its own signal back to the trans control module.
The trans control module gets power from a trans control relay and a 20amp fuse.

Installing Dash light bulbs in a 1993 S-10 Blazer

To replace the blubs you have to take out the insterment cluster. This is done by romoving the light switch trim plate and disconnect the wirering harness. The remove the A/C heater control panel. Remove the plastic trim from around the insterment cluster. The unbolt and remove the insterment cluster and uplug the wires and the speedometer cable. This speedometer cables can be a pain in the **** but depress the spring clip and pull. The bulbs are accessed from the back of the cluster.
Bulbs in this cluster don't burn out very often and if none of the bulbs don't work it probley isn't the bulbs. In this cause make sure the dimmer switch is turned up if it is play with the switch see if the dash light flicker.
Oh also in the mauals they always tell you to disconnect battery when pulling electrial apart.

I want to know how to change the bulbs in my dash! Especially the odometer light

To do this you have to remove the instermet cluster. The panel right below the cluster has to come of and unplug the trip switch. then there is only 2 screws and the panel will come out. After its out far enough you have to unplug the 2 wireing harness. The bulbs are inserted from the back. If you have a tilt wheel it may have to be tilted all the way down.
Just a thought I got. Its rare for bulbs in the dash to burn out if all the bulbs are out its may not be the bulbs. I had custermers come in to have insterment cluster bulbs checked and what wasn't set right was the dimmer was turned all the way down. So if all the bulbs don't work it probley isn't bulbs.

The insterment lights don't work

I know this might sound strange to you, but check the TAILIGHT fuse. Some GM cars suffer similar symptoms. Tailight fuse blows ( tailights inop and unknown to the driver ), and sort of like a warning of something wrong, NO DASH LIGHTS. Check this first. You still might have other probs
