SOURCE: MY 1995 FORD MUSTANG 3.8,

Your blend door is stuck. The bled door is vacum operated. Make sure there are no broken vacum hoses under the hood. If that is okay then your hrad unit may be bad, or your blend door may need replacement.

SOURCE: I have a 2000 Ford

It actually sounds very simple. There is a vacuum line that goes through the firewall from the control panel to the engine. If this is disconnected or broken the default is defrost. I would check under the hood really good and inspect all the vacuum lines.

Make sure radiator is full of coolant, this system heats the vehicle, also if you can smell coolant it may be a bad or leaking heater core? Hope this helps?

2008 jeep liberty vents not blowing out air?

I also have an 08 liberty, but my issue is that the heat won't blow out on the floor....the air vents and defrosters work great. You can hear it trying to switch over but doesn't. You need a new Air Flap Actuator (16-$30) The real issue is that you have to take offf the whole das in order to fix it. That is abouy 9 hours worth of work.

A\c blows cold but only blows out defrost and floor wont blow out vents whats the problem

Sounds like you are having trouble with the environmental station actuators, either you have a vacuum leak, line disconnected, or bad vacuum control switch, or a bad vacuum actuator. I had this problem in my truck, I found the actuator next to the accelerator down by the floor disconnected, I hooked it up and all is well. Hope this helps, let me know.

1996 ford mustang convertible ac blows cold only from defroster

Does it still blow out the floor and defrost when you set the switch to those positions or does it alway blow out the defrost no matter what? If you can get air to blow out to the floor, then it sounds like you lost the switch that controls the airflow to the vents. If it only blows out the defrost, then you probably lost the vacuum to all of the switches. When the vacuum is lost, it will only blow out the defrost. Check the smallest line on the vacuum distribution block located in the corner near the brake master cyclinder. That line provides the vacuum to control the direction of airflow within the cabin.

Heat selector switch?

The switch might be bad, but if it's vacuum operated, there is a vacuum operated diaphram
under the dashboard that operates a door to close
the air from defrost to direct it to floor or mix. It's possible there might might be an air leak.
