As I mentioned have the battery checked out . I would be checking all the fuse at the panel. Turn the key off and check the ones that are supposed to on(like the door locks). Also they should have B+ power(12 volts or so). When panels go bad Voltage can be anywhere from 0 to 7 or 8 volts. Then turn the key on and check. All the fuses should have power, except the exterior lights. On bad panels you'll see low voltage on some fuses. and with key off, you'll see voltage on fuses that supposed to be off.
to take those off you have to have the key and turn it a quarter turn to reveal screws. if you don't have the key the lot has to be pick or bumped. or you can try drilling through the plate that turns to reveal the screws but be careful not to damage the screws.
