Question about 1994 BMW 3 Series
You should purchase a manual from the folks at Bavarian. It's not that expensive. I have the same model. There are a number of steps to get the top down. You need to make sure windows, key, etc. are in a certain position. You need to pull the back of the top up before the front will move. There is a manual latch behind the driver's side, etc. etc.... get a manual.
