Hopefully you mean steam and not smoke. That could mean you have a blown head gasket.
Here is the check list;
1)Check the radiator fluid level (AFTER ENGINE COOLS DOWN)
2)Check if the drive belts are slipping. Adjust tension or replace if necessary.
3) If the radiator fan is turning when the engine is hot the heat sensor is good so replace the thermostat.

Where can I find a diagram for where to put clutch fluid?

You don't need a diagram. There should be a small resovoir close to the brake resovoir. Look for a black or white cap the says either use only DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid. They usually only have 1 line running from it. Don't over fill it, if it is empty you will need to bleed the system. Aldo don't get brake fluid on your car's paint, it will ruin it.

How much fluid should be in return resovoir for radiator. is their a fill line

If there's no line fill it half way, needs room so that when radiator shoots coolant in there there's room, and when it need's it there's enough in there for the radiator, coolant is always going in and out from the resovoir as the radiator need's it to keep the engine at normal oper. temp.

The only thing I can think of is clogged up cooler(transmission fluid cooler) , on some cars it is part of radiator , on the others it's separate small radiator.
Hope it helps.

1996 Acura 3.2TL Overheating Problem...

From your description of symtoms it sounds like you have a bad water pump. If the coolant is not circulating properly you will have a heating problem. Sometimes even a new thermostat can stick and cause the engine to overheat. I have seen them fail in as little as a week after they were installed.

Over heating

If it's leaking fluid around the water pump you have to replace the water pump. They do not last forever. The reason it's overheating is because you have losted fluid. Do not operate without filling the radiator back to normal. You can destroy the engine by overheating and warping the header !

Engine low coolant light/overheating engine with white smoke

The condensation inside the hood would bee from the coolant boiling out of the reservoir when it overheated. However, there must be a reason for the overheating and I can imagine it is not good. If you JUST purchased this car, you should be protected by the Lemon Law. Return the car to the dealership and insist that THEY find the problem or supply you with another car.
If you have had it a while, then find  good mechanic before you warp the head and trash the motor.
