Car stalls while driving but starts back up

When you fill the car with gas if you dont stop when it is full and you continue to make the tank take more, you dont leave any room for expansion. The fuel expands and can cause orings to fail when it gets warm. If you have trouble filling the tank because of the issue that you stated, the problem might be due to a collapsed filler hose. If you are running the engine when you fill it, the noise is from the fuel return line.

Air bubbles in water reserve tank while engine is running

Persistent bubbles indicate a leaking cylinder head gasket. To confirm this have a shop with a engine gas analyzer problem the coolant tank and see if any combustion gases (hydrocarbons) are present, if it indicates there are you have a leaking head gasket.

you have a blown head gasket i suspect, have a shop test the coolant tank for the presence of hydrocarbons with a gas analyzer or look for bubbles in the coolant recovery tank tank, if u see bubbles the problem is the head gaskets are leaking..

The sending unit in that tank has to be plugged up not letting fuel to run through it. When having twin tanks its wise to use each tank every 7 days to keep the lines cleared for its whole life expectancy
