I have lost mine also and in doing research I have found you may have to replace the turn signal lever which is attached to an all in one module inside your steering column about 110.00 for part.

2008 envoy Denali right turn signal and right hazard quit. replaced relay worked for 20 minutes of driving then right turn and right hazard quit again??? LEFT SIDE IS FINE

Sounds like you have a wiring issue ! Maybe when you installed the turn / hazard relay you moved the wiring harness in such away that made it work. Grab the wiring harness an do the wiggle test an see if it works . Mite have lose connection where the relay plugs in, close the terminals a little bit. I don't know what you know about electrical systems on automobiles or I'd tell you to do a voltage drop test to find the problem . Need volt ohm meter an a wiring diagram to do this test. Front driver turn signal quit. changed bulb, worked for short time, then quit. bulb OK. passenger side quit 1-2 months later. bulb OK. neither front emergency flasher work. automatic daytime front lights...

Check for head light (daytime)relay to be bad, this might have to do with the turn signals also,if the turn signals on this car, also have running lights in them,If this relay is not bad, replace the body control module.

My signals and flasher quit working 2002, Jeep Grand Cherokee

in your vehicles owner manual, look up fuses, and flasher units or flasher relay. Fuses are normally located under the dash, but when both turn signals quit working it is usually the relay. The relay is located under the hood yours owners manual should show you the location.

The turn signals and hazard lights quit working temporarily

About the only thing that would cause both the turn signals and hazard lights not to work at the same time would be the flasher relay.
