Question about 2003 Suzuki XL-7
The computer has failed communicating and needs to be replaced. When the onboard computer does not respond and no codes come up on the reader the computer needs to be replaced as it has shut itself out. This happend due to many things like giving people Jumps to even replacing a sterio if you short out the wrong fusable link it can fry the computers I/O. Have the mechanic check the computer itself, Not for codes but for communication aspect to see if the computer will turn off codes the mechanic turns on if it dont turn off codes that the mechanic turns on its the computer and it needs to be replaced. Check fuses as well to see if any are blown. I hope this helps
