the switches in the steering wheel do not have bulbs, the switches have LED which lights up.
so if the lights in the switches are not working you'll need to replace the switches.

very easy, ther are 2 7mm screws to remove,
1- remove the traingle piece onthe top corner of the front door this will just pop off
2- remove the bezel piece around the window and door lock control, this will also pop of start from the front of the door to make it easier. unplug switchs and remove the 1st screw
3- pull the lock selector off this will pop of as well, by the door handle will be another 7mm screw to remove
4- there is a trim ring around the door handle that can be removed, but not needed
now simple pull the door panel up about 2 inchs and then it will be free, holding the door handle to the open position while lifting is how you can avoid step 4, make sure to unhook speaker wires and door light when you have the panel off
