Question about 2004 Honda Civic
My civic won't lock or unlock by use of the remote or switch. We have to manually lock with the key for driver's side and manually push down or lock with key passenger side. I was told this would be an expensive 500 dollar repair, but was hoping it was something more simple. I heard maybe a fuse could be the culprit, but I know nothing about fuses. Any help is appreciated.
I have the same problem. The battery in the remote was replaced, still cannot operate lock. I can operate the balance of the door locks from the inside, except for the drivers side. I manual have to push or pull the door lock.

Did you check the battery in the remote controll that you use to lock unlock the doors?? there pretty simple to take apart and you can get the batteries at any watch shop or store that sells watches
