The P0141 code refers to your o2 sensor heater circuit. while many times replacement of the o2 sensor can solve this problem you possibly have a short or open in your o2 sensor heater circuit. Also was the proper o2 sensor changed p0141 is the bank 1 number 2 sensor. Bank 1 refers to the side of your engine where the #1 cylinder is located sensor 2 should be the second sensor on that side depending on how many sensors you vehicle has. hope this helps

Replaced all 4 sensors and still getting codes PO136 and PO141

I assume that you performed a Clear Codes after doing this to reset the check engine light and then retested......otherwise the codes will remain until you do so.

2006 Dodge Caravan Getting Two codes: Po135 and Po141

Sadly people don't know that trouble codes only tell the mechanic what to test, not what to replace. And auto parts stores are in the business of selling parts, not giving advice.
Code 135 means there is a problem with the heater inside the o2 sensor for bank one in front of the catalytic converter. Code 141 means the same thing for the o2 sensor after the cat.
Since it is very rare to have two O2 sensors fail at the same time, chances are the problem is lack of power going to the sensors.
The power circuits would need to be checked which requires a shop manual to get the testing procedures and wiring diagrams.

I have a 2000 plymouth neon the codes show up as po139 po140 po141 were are they located and what am i buying

all refer to the o2 sensor right hand side ,clear the codes and see if they come back as sometimes the OBD detects a random signal and stores it even though there is nothing wrong, if the codes come back then check the wiring from the PCM to the o2 sensor as is likely to be a worn/melted wire as the last 2 codes refer to a short in that circuit ,the first is the sensor its self but the wire problem would throw this code up as well ,this is really a repair shop job as would need to get under vehicle to inspect some of the wiring etc

I have 7 codes that popped up- po722 po118 po730 po606 po300 po141 po343

what usually is done is the codes are cleared and the car is driven then if the check engine light comes on or a week later no light comes on have the pcm rechecked for codes as sometimes you can get what is false codes, codes that momentarily set but are not actually a problem.

Check engine light. code po141 codepo122

po141, may be a bad o2 sensor, rear sensor after converter. the po 141 is low voltage to tps, try replacing the oyxgen sensor first and then reset the codes and drive if the po141 comes back then replace the tps,
