Question about 1997 GMC Sonoma

Problems with 1997 gmc sonoma

I have a 1997 Sonoma. 1. The horn will not turn off so I had to remove the fuse. How can I repair and where is the horn? 2. My lifters are noisy so how do I replace them and how do I adjust the valves? 3. The passenger side front wheel will not stay aligned. Parts were replaced but tire still wears. Any suggestions? 4. There is a freon leak and I added glow R-134 but my ultraviolet penlight does not detect any leaks. Any suggestions? I am retired so I have to do all that myself.

Thanks for your help.

1994 gmc sonoma horn fuse

best way to do this is to remove each fuse 1 by 1, and replace them 1 by 1, untill you find the blown one, then replace the blown fuse with a good one. (use needle nose pliers) makes the job easy, and won't take 2 min.

Im trying to figure out how to replace a transfer case on a 97 gmc sonoma

Get a repair manual for a step-by-step process. Haynes or Chilton manuals cost about $25. at parts stores. Libraries have good repair reference materials. Alldata/DIY has an online repair service ($26.95 subscription cost for 1 year, 1 vehicle) that is excellent-more diagnostics and troubleshooting flow-charts than a repair manual.
Good luck.
