Where is thecrank position sensor 2002 pontiac sunfire


The crank position sensor is located to the back of the engine to the left of the oil filter, it is right next to the oil filter on the back side of the engine. hope this helps.

Locate oil filter for 2002 pontiac sunfire 2.2litere


If it's the twin cam engine the filter is inside the oil pan.
Big, about 6 inch plug in the pan,unscrew it and the filter is
mounted in the block inside the hole,just pulls out.

You did not specify the engine size but I looked them both up.They take 5w-30 and both take 4 qts.Hope this helps.

My pontiac sunfire 2.2 auto ,96 by the way is


tune up and maybe a fuel filter an oil change will not help this problem but will help in keeping it running good

Where is the crank shaft positioning sensor located on a 2002 sunfire with a 2.2 ecotec


the crank position sensor is located to the back of the engine to the left of the oil filter, it is right next to the oil filter on the back side of the engine. hope this helps. Please rate my fix as i strive to be the best. need more help, get back to me Thanks Ray

under the car near the fuel tank it isand inline filter, if i remember right you willneed a 20mm and a 18mm wrench
