Ac/Heater hot code 024 and 051 came up on diagnostic what are these codes

You apparently have a problem with the vacuum doors in the heater/ac unit under the dash. When one of these vac motors fails (won't open and close various flaps), the unit will default to either a defrost setting or floor heat setting. Fixing these is not a do-it yourself job as usually the entire dash has to be pulled to get to the failed parts. Sorry
BTW P024 is exhaust camshaft position timing and 051 is an oxygen sensor error....neither have anything to do with the heater.

Heater/AC fan motor only runs on high speed #5 selection

Year, Make, Model, and Engine Size? Sounds like the blower motor resitor or module depending on your vehicle. Most gm vehicles you can grind the resistor/module under the passenger side of the dash near the blower motor. Post your vehicle specifics and I can be. Ore specific if needed.

Niether heater nor AC blower operates when air or heat is selected

This issue is related to a elelctronic board that has a resistor burned.
Below the golve compartment you need to remove a snap on cover and the A/C cover(two screws). When you did this then a plastic module can be seen atached to the firewall, also is attached by a couple of screws.
WHen you have removed the module then you can open it by prying up the plastic cover. An elctronic board is going to be visible and the review the atached picture, just cut the component and replace a one ohm resitor 1/4 watt

Change ac compressor on 1995 bonneville do alternator belt has to come off and is it a due it yourself job

No, A/C replacement is complicated, there are legal issues with the release of the R132. There are oiling issued to be addressed, and a receiver / dryer that needs to be changed. Take to a qualified shop for this job.
it is VERY easy to get injured working with A/C systems.

Blower for ac/heat only work on lower 3 levels.

Check the blower motor resitor. Use a 12v test light at the switch and notice the bulb brightness change as you switch settings.. Probably have a bad blower resiter.

Blower for AC/heat not working on Saab 9-3 ARC

that happened to me there is a i guess u can call it a fan cooler it keeps the fan from overheating and if that blows on a hot day it can mess up your blower moter but if its not workin at all you most likely allready did that for this job the blower moter is located behind the glove box if you not half dumb its a job u can do yourself and save a looooot of money on labor

needs re-gassing because one line should be hot (feed) and the return cold , This is a specialist job do not attempt to do it yourself because its extremely dangerous with very high pressures involved
