Could be a wheel imbalance. you may have thrown a weight. also on front wheel drives the is a weight on the drive shaft, if that has moved or added weight/or lost weight it can make an imbalance at slow speeds.

Hi, can you give us more history? How long has this been going on and how did it start? It's definitely an air/fuel issue, but could be MAP sensor, injectors, etc. Is the engine light on? Is this throttle body injection? If yes, have you looked at the spray pattern of the injectors? Does it stall? If yes, have you verified no vacuum leaks?
