To connect Bluetooth on an Audi A4b6 CD player (Concerts 2), you will need to follow these steps:
Make sure the CD player is turned on.
Press the "Menu" button on the CD player to access the main menu.
Navigate to the "Settings" menu using the arrow buttons on the CD player.
Select "Bluetooth Settings" from the menu.
Follow the prompts on the screen to enable Bluetooth on the CD player. This may involve turning on the Bluetooth function on your phone and selecting the CD player from the list of available devices.
Once the CD player is paired with your phone, you should be able to use the Bluetooth function to make and receive phone calls, stream music, and access other Bluetooth-enabled features.
Since you have done this numerous times, so you know the installation process. It seems there's something wrong with the aftermarket CD player, try replacing it with another one.

The first step is turning the car off. Then before turning the key back on, push and hold the Eject button then turn the ignition on. If the CD fails to eject then you can use a old CD and try to insert it into the CD Player, just as it try's to take your second CD pull it out and hit the Eject button again. This will usually get a Dodge CD player to Eject. If this fails then the CD player must be removed and a manual eject can be performed.
You will need to have the radio reset or checked out at the dealer.Ther could be a cd stuck in it.Or the radio/CD player may have be on when the battery power got to low.
Try turning off the radio and disconnecting the battery for 1 min and then reconnecting the battery. Turn on the radio and see if that reset the radio so you can get your CD out and try cleaning the CD player with a cd player cleaner. Note you have to make sure the radio is off before you disconnect the battery. Good luck and hope this helps
