Cant get my 1999 chevy pickup with vortec 4.3 motor to fire at all

You could have got a motor from a non running vehicle. Did you use the distributor and coil from the donor vehicle, or did you transfer your distributor and coil to the used engine you bought? Check to make sure you have power going to the distributor and coil first. If you have fuel getting to the cylinders, and ignition voltage, going to the coil, you might have a problem with the distributor system. Those engines are notorious for this problem More often or not, the ignition module failed. The pickup coil in the distributor has a high failure rate too.

Engine turns over, but there is no firing, I replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, also replaced fuel pump, what other problems would cause vechicle not to fire. Would it have to be the...

It is possible that the trigger to the HT coil is absent and so there is no HT or firing. So check on the platinum points or the electronic ignition and check the PULSATING voltage on the HT coil negative side.
If there is trigger with no HT output then the coil is faulty. If not check the condenser and the points. Set the gap correctly or replace. If this has an electronic ignition then check the sensor and the circuit if there is a failure.

I have a 1998 toyota sienna with 132,000 miles on it. Recently I noticed a "shuddering" or hesitation while driving that was intermittent at idle and driving. The check engine light came on...

my name is Jerry Tiet. Base on my experience on 1998 Toyota Sienna with the DTC P0303 show there is a misfire in cylinder #3. a possible cause is the ignition coil of the #3 cylinder. Compare the resistance value of the ignition coil of cylinder #3 with the other coil or simply switch ignition coil #3 with one of the other ignition coil and clear the DTC with the scan tool. Then run engine for couple days. If the check engine light on again. Let me know what is the DTC code.

Cant find sensor.its under the coilpack.but where

It would be easier to help when all the information is given. 98 Chevy S10 P/U What engine? If it is a four cyl the coil pack is on the passenger side (right side) mounted on the engine block. It is a bit hiden but it is there. Follow the ignition wires from the top of the engine all the way down to the other end and you will find coil pack, consequently you will find cmp snsr.

Ignition coil installation

It doesn't have a coil. It has a bank of 3 coils with direct contact to the plugs.
Remove the cover on each side which is on top of the valve covers. This will expose the coil packs.
