Clean the Idle control valve (IAC) inside the throat of the fuel intake side. Remove the air duct assembly. Buy some spray carburater or brake cleaner and run the engine at about 1200 rpms. Looking inside the throat , there are some holes on the side. Spray into these holes . Thats where the valve is located on the inside. spray for about 10 seconds. turn of engine , let sit to allow soaking of cleaner. Turn engine back on and repeat the process. If you do not see improvement in a few tries, remove valve and clean . replace the vavle if that does not work.

use this link. I used it for my 96 camry to replace the fuse. It worked great. My windows and lock quit. I dont have a sunroof. I replaced the fuse and it was fairly easy even though it is hidden. It took me about 25 minutes to do it all. Hope this help!

I have the 1990 model and just so happened to stumble on its unusual location today as I was replacing the door hinges. On the passenger side open the door and look above the step, there should be a little plastic cap with the wiper icon on it. hope this helps!
