You probably have Quadra Drive. Your problem comes from lack of limited slip additive in the differential fluid. If the fluid was changed a long time ago, you better change it and add the limited slip additive. If it was changed lately, then just add the limited slip additive. Drive some tight figure 8 s after the fluid change, to let the additive work into the vari-lok differentials.
Sometimes the problem is a low fluid level in the T-case, so check that out as well.

yes when you make the absoulute full turn your hearing like a hissing noise this is normal if this is what your hearing then problem solved but if has a different sound than that like a rubbing sound then check the fender wells to see is there is any rub marks this can be corrected by putting in a turn stopper

sounds like you have a problem with one of your lines on your power steering or one of its components. the grinding noise could also be one of your pulleys that have gone bad too. check your steering assemby gear box.

power steering pump might need more oil (whining noise). generally power steer pumps take automatic transmission fluid. there should be a reservoir above the pump only fill this a little bit then start the car and turn left to right and recheck level. fluid should only be low if there is a leak at power steer pump/lines or steering rack,

only moving.
so bad rotor, bad caliper
bad wheel bearings
bad ujoint.

inspecting this section is easy and proves what it is not
thus what it IS.
there are 2 videos on youtube showing this, test.

jack it up
does turning tire feel odd or is loose or makes noise.
do that yet,? seems easy no?
then look for rotor damage (warp) or worse cracks.
are calipers still floating free on pins. no fix that now.
siezed caliper pistons, brakes odd?
no then turn hub by hand be rough with it in all directions
if you feel any play at all its bad, or if very stiff turned.
are we getting close, to the U-joint now. (its last or first if you see the vid)

the video shows the guy man handling the join, tires off ground.
see that joint have pay, BINGO.

Probably. Check your brake rotor and caliper. The brake pads may be worn down enough to make that noise. Brake pads are around $29 bucks for a set. And rotors are about the same each at Autozone. I just did mine recently and I am VERY happy now that my 99 Jeep cherokee stops right and doesn't make the rubbing noise when cornering, and the squealing noise when stopping. There you go! Happy Motoring!

FRONT END

Drive the car in a parking lot and make left and right hand turns.
If the noise goes away on either turn then the problem is a front hub bearing.
If the noise is still there, it could be possible front differential bearings.

Do you have a Grand Cherokee with full time all wheel drive? If so the viscous coupler in the transfer case could be at fault. They fail 100% of the time in those jeeps at around 100,000 miles + or -. In tight turns after the t-case warms up the Jeep will make an awful howling noise and the tires will usually chirp on pavement. The only fix is an updated viscous coupler or a new t-case.
