try turning the lights on and pull out on switch

SOURCE: take apart passenger side mirror chevrolet 2008 tahoe

get some eye protection
then pry the pieces out
also try pooring hot water on it to soften the glue

On my wifes 03' Yukon the rear air conditioning blows hot air no .... Pull the panel off and look at the hot/cold actuator shown in the picture.

You need to Google any codes you get,
then read up on the cause & solution

OBD PO499 etc

You will need the Evap System Smoke Tested,
as well as a scan tool or a way to actuate various
solenoids,not something you can do at home

Warranty questions will be in your owners manual
& you can check with a dealer

My 03 dodge dakota keeps giving me a engine light. When I checked codes it tells me po499. I cant find po499 do you know what it is and how to fix?


CODE PO499 - NVLD CANISTER VENT SOLENOID CIRCUIT HIGH. SOUND LIKE THE NVLD CANISTER VENT SOLENOID IS FAULTY.

Fuel pump fuse in a 2008 Chevy


If you reinstalled the fuse take it to your local parts store and have them clear the codes in the PCM. This should cure your alement. I hope this helps.
