Question about 1990 Ford F250
Starts and runs ok, when I press the gas petal it hesitates, when I take it on the road it boggs down bad, I checked the system and it shows a tps problem only. I have not changed the fuel filter, there is gas in the tank.
Have you changed the tps? The tps is like a dimmer switch with the idle being the lowest setting and everything above that being progressively stronger. If the switch is bad it will not advance spark or gas flow.
