Question about 2002 Kia Sedona

Head gasket replaced now engin is totally out of wack

I had the head caskets on my Kia Carnival 2.5 V6 replaced the other day as there was oil mixing with the water. Other then the signs of oil in the water the car was perfect. It did not over heat, it run so smoothly I sometimes had to check the rev counter just to make sure the engin was running. Now that I got it back the engin shakes when idling, the whole exhoast rattles when it idles or when driving and the revs are all over the place. There is no power whatsoever especially at 3000 RPMs.
The machanic that worked on it says that some ''Lamda Sensor'' has gone faulty and needs to be replaced as well.
I spent a fortune on the heads and want to know if you could supply me with part numbers for the ''Lamda Sensors'' (I believe there is 4).
I am in South Africa and if I let this machanic order the part himself I know he is going to rip me off again.
Regards.
Emile

My kia 2.5 v6 keep on mixing the oil with water replaced the top gaskets three times already

If you do not mill the heads when you replace the gaskets, you will continue to have trouble. Also, you must torque the head bolts the exact amount.

Engine oil mixing into coolant

The only place, oil and water share a gasket is the cylinder head gasket, oil and water galleries run through the engine block and head via the head gasket. The cylinder pressure will be OK, it's the oil pressure that's putting the oil in the coolant, the gasket has gone between the water and oil galleries or there is an internal crack (unlikely). A coolant pressure test should show it up.

Overheating

A bad head gasket will sometimes cause air to bubble into the coolant system. If it bubbles over when you start the engine (cold), then there is probably a bad head gasket. If the usual things (thermostat, coolant level, clean the bugs out of the radiator, coolant flush) don't fix it, then the radiator could be bad with calcium or corrosion deposits.

I have a lot of prolem with my kia carnival model 2002, overheating than mixing oil with water several times

Overheating then oil mixing with water most of the time means a problem with the headgasket. Not a good idea to drive it until you have it repaired, you can ruin the engine.
