I don't see what year your truck is. On the newer trucks. There's adjustment cams on the lower control arms. One at the front and one at the rear mount. They adjust camber/caster.

Well even though the toe is recommended to be straight ahead can toe it out a 1/16th of an inch and that will help with tire wear on the outer edges and even if vehicle is in good alignment you should rotate your tires front to back and back to front every 5,000-7,500 miles that helps them wear longer to.

You will need to have your vehicle put on an alignment machine to have camber properly adjusted. Some vehicles have no provisions for camber adjustment and something may have gotten bent and parts replacement will be required

I was told there is no adjustment for caster but they can correct front camber with camber bolts and it is 50/50 that may help caster . they want 350.00 to do the camber bolt but I'm risking the 50/50 what...


Camber adjust bolts mounted from steering knuckle to strut will NOT change caster. 0.3' degree difference in caster is acceptable, up to 0.5'degrees higher on right is preferable for road crown correction. 0.5'degrees higher on left may show a noticeable drift to right while driving.

Changed all 4 struts on 03 cavalier, now the camber is off on the front wheels..


If you put on new struts the bottom bolt hole is oblong for camber adjustments.Where the old struts bottom hole was not. If you put a jack under the lower control arm, jack the wheel off the ground and adjust the struts camber to where the wheel looks straight.And tighten bolts.

If the car is stock then I would run the caster at .05 higher on the right than the left to adjust for the crown of the road. the front alignment looks good other than I am not sure which one is camber and which one is caster. To adjust the rear camber on these cars you have to have a camber kit. From the angle I am seeing you don't have a camber kit. Also the only way to adjust caster on the civic is to shift the sub frame.

Camber on left rear is out. can this be adjusted,or does it require replacement of the comtrol arm?


Rear camber is adjustable, most front end alignment shops have the required tools to bring it back to specs, HOWEVER, if you can noticeably see that the camber is out of whack, you probably lost a bushing, in which case, you would need the new arm, and a matching one for the other side, so they perform symmetrically.

That is probely a camber angle and is best fixed by a front shop becouse the king pins might need to be honed for the new ones to fit. The camber angle needs to be set in a shop toe in/out is not to bad to do at home bt camber angle is not as easy. sorry
