sounds more likley you have an air leak this will cause bad starting as it is sucking air in instead of fuel when its cold and wnen it warms up idling will be eratic and misfire check all hoses gaskets relating to the inlet manifold or if its done that kind of mileage crankcase pressure could be the problem but i suspect an air leak yates210456

it sounds like the vacuum lines are off or it needs a tune up and a drive belt put some STP gas treatment in the gas tank make sure the car has a half a tank and if the car starts running better change the fuel filter

Sounds like there may be a problem with the Idle air control motor (IAC).Have it checked out it may just need to be cleaned. At the worst replaced

do a compression test on the cylinders. If that checks out ok,change the spark plugs wires cap and rotor. The idle air valve on the throttle body could be working incorrect causing a low idle.clean the throttle body with a cleaner spray.
