You must use new head bolts, these are one time "stretch to yield" bolts
Tighten cylinder head bolts in three stages in the sequence indicated

10--4--2--6--8

7--5--1--3--9

Tighten in the following stages
STAGE 1 ------------20 Nm 14.75 lb
STAGE 2--------------40 Nm 29.51 lb
STAGE 3 Turn head of bolt 90 degrees of rotation.

Have you run a scan to determine if any fault codes are present in the engine computer's memory? If not do that 1st.

Ford Bantam rocam Clutch: How do I bleed the clutch?

Clutch bleeding on hydraulic slave cylinders are done in the exact same method as regular hydraulic brakes. If the slave cylinder has a separate reservoir, make sure it is above "MINIMUM" at all times. If it does not have a separate reservoir, then it works together with the master cylinder for the brakes, make sure that one is above minimum too. Pump the clutch pedal a couple of times (note you will rarely feel any resistance in the pedal), hold the pedal down, and have someone open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder. Close it when no more fluid comes out with pressure, then rinse and repeat until the clutch pedal feels ok.

Guys I've got a problem with a ford bantam 1.6i 2003 model rocam engine, its overheating even though the cylinder head was skim but it still overheating. please assist!

Check what head gasket was used . I suspect that an after market gasket was used. If that is the case there will be holes in the block and head thet have no matching holes in the gasket thereby causing the problem

Vibrates for 10-15 seconds and then settles down. When I put it in gear it stops. Also having a problem putting it in gear and it will not move. When I add more gas it will jerk into motion. thanks

I have a 1997 Cadillac that does this due to a small leak into cylinder #1 from the cooling system through a head gasket that wets the spark plug making it vibrate for the first 10-15 sec.

Transmission problem solvable by changing fluid or rebuilding transmission (more expensive route but also more effective).
