-Valve moving when crank?
-If yes then the problem could be: Coil, Crank sensor and cam sensor.
-If No then the problem is the timing chain is broken.

Change wires and spark pluges and cap and rotor it turns over but wont start

i would make sure you have spark first then make sure getting fuel.

Spark plugs

open the hood go to the spark plug wires ang get a socket wrench twist them off make sure you get the rite new spark pluges make sure there gauged rite to be gauged it is the distances the spark travles from the metal to the center

Changed the head gasket's, took everything apart and it wont spark. turns over fine but will not start or spark.

check and make sure the crank sensor connector is pluged in the IGN module PURPLE&YELLOW wires
try that let me know if it still will not spark but give me as much INFO as you can

Your toyota should be odb2 the F in your code makes no sense to me. The only code i can see it being is maybe P0301 Misfire Detected - Cyl. 1.
