Why is fuse E hot on ground side w/key in on position. w/fuse removed.

Fuse E is 15 amps, not 50 and does not have a "ground side". The fuel pump relay receives power through 20A fuse O. The fuse links are "hot all the time" because they are connected directly to the positive post of the battery.

Instructions on changing the 100 amp battery fuse on my '01 Nissan X-Terra

These bigger fuses are sometimes bolted in. If you are looking at the fuse box under the hood, look on either side of the box. You should see little bolts to remove that will let the 100 amp come out. Oh yeah, disconnect the battery first!!!...Chris

What is radio fuse location (slot number) for a 2007 Ford Focus SE? This fuse box is located in the engine compartment.

There are fuses for the radio in the fuse panel inside the car. The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the CD stowage box to access the fuses. Fuse number 31, 20 amp, fuse 57, 7.5 amp, radio and cluster (accessory), fuse 62, 7.5 amp, Radio (Start).
