Fire them.
no really fire them.
find a real shop, you never told car type or year, or country so i guess wildly.
(eg. one guy said, we only have one shop on our island....)
find a real ASE shop, which real ASE mechanics.

they will have to either:
1; do huge labor mending wires, $$$
2: or find a harness off a wrecked car.
3;or buy a new harness $$$ form the dealer. (stealerships)

in life there are always lots of options, (cars)
and i present 3 . im sure there are more, but then , no photos
nets you crappy answers.

1994 crown victoria engine races

Problem with idle speed. The idle is controlled by the pcm (engine computer) through the operation of the Idle Air Control valve or motor. But several other sensors are also at work, like the throttle position sensor, the coolant temperature sensor, the MAP sensor or the Mass Air Flow sensor. The computer monitors all engine conditions to optimize performance and driveability-this includes keeping idle speed correct.
Would probably help you if you could see what all those sensors are telling the pcm-so you need a scanner capable of giving live stream data. And don't forget, your '94 is OBD-1, not OBD-II like all cars since 1996 on have. A garage should have such capable scanners, but they are kind of high end, not your typical cheap code scanner.

Wont go over 3000 revs

you may have to reset the ECM as it appears that a rpm limiter has been activated
take it back to the renault service center as the mechanic may not be fully up to date with the make

Engine blown is nissan to blame

No chance here buy another lump from a accident damaged vehicle in the scrapyard and just change it completely ,its the often the cheapest and quickest option shouldnt take a proper mechanic more than a days work to change it ,from driving it into shop to driving it out again so if you get a silly quote to change it go elsewhere myself and a lad could change this in about 3 hrs non stop providing i dont have to change all the bits over for a different year or model engine from another vehicle of the smae make

My 97 VW Jetta GT will not go pass 65mph, I change the spark plug ,spark plug wires and oil change still nothing.

You could have a compression issue with one or more of the cylinders, meaning they aren't pumping out full power.

I'd recommend taking it to an engine tuning garage, and asking them to run a diagnostic on the ECU, and also mechanically check the engine to see that all cylinders are doing their job.

1997 Mercedes 300E diesel, 186K. Multiple instances of Check Engine Lights, Oxygen sensor replaced 2x. Engine has stopped unexpectedly while driving, 2 codes (Check Oil Pressure & ETS) , alternator...

Try or (have your mechanic) remove oil pressure switch and clean. They gum up and it's a safety feature that when car is in accident and/or roll over, when oil pressure drops (eng quits) power to fuel pump shuts off. Sticking oil pressure switch is common on Benz Diesels

Enigine shaking and rough take off

If the plug wires were off there's a good chance that you have fouled a spark plug or two causing the engine to misfire making it shake. It sounds like a good tune-up might be in order.

Check engine light

Hard to say, those belts are in tight spots, a sensor could have come unplugged, a wire could have accidently been pulled off.
Take it to a garage and have a code scanner put on it to find out why that light is on.It only takes about 30 seconds, and from $60 to a $100. Yeh, that's why I own a scanner.

take it to another mechanic and let him tell you if they are related incidents. If they are then your insurance company has to cover it.
