All Ext & Int Electrical

If you have no experience in car maintenance, is it fairly easy to do your own electrical troubleshooting and fix? Many of my dash component lights, Ext signals, dome lights. I want all essential electronics working well or functional, can it be done?

My experience is that auto electrical troubleshooting and repair (beyond just replacing a fuse or a bulb) is more difficult than the mechanical repair.

But, give it a try -- you're bound to learn something from it.

Fairly obvious that you made an error in wiring the electric water pump, and have blown one or more fuses (or may have damaged some wiring).
Disconnect the water pump entirely (for now), and recover your electrical system (check all fuses, breakers, and fusible links).

NOTE THAT THE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP IS A HIGH ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION MOTOR, AND MUST RECEIVE ITS POWER DIRECTLY FROM THE BATTERY THROUGH A CONTROL RELAY, preferably from the STARTER primary power wire. You will need to use an inline breaker (properly rated for the electrical current rating in AMPS for the electric water pump), and you will need to use a fairly robust relay to turn the water pump on and off with ignition switch power.

If you are unfamiliar with electrical principles related to high-amperage applications in a vehicle, I'd recommend that you refer the installation of your after-market water pump to someone with the necessary experience, so that you do not further damage your vehicle.

Best of luck to you!!

Window crank

It may be the power window regulator, and the window has become unaligned. This may be useful if you need to check it or replace it.

Not unless you know your vehicles systems and how they work.
At least, you would need a wiring diagram, and some electrical theory and testing experience.
I would go for a repair shop, to help you out.

You have an electrical problem. I assume you have no electrical troubleshooting experience. The best solution is Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

Ford E-250 Handicap van will not turnover

Electrical problems are always the hardest to troubleshoot, that's why your shop could not find anything, they had not searched long enough, or looking in the wrong place. The shop may have checked the starter, solenoid, battery, relay( if equipped with), and then they gave up. It may be the ignition switch,or ignition safety switch( if equipped with ) there is almost always a way to bypass electrical equiptment to check if it is the problem. These test should be performed in the proper manner. You may need a new shop, to handle your electrical problems.

I would check to see if it is the Axle Actuator.  On that model truck there is an upgrade available that is electrical upgrade.  Instead of using a vacuum to engage the axle, it uses a small electric motor.  The cost for this part isn't much more than the older vacuum model.  Usually the electrical one runs around $100.  This is a relatively easy change that most any person can do with just about any experience.
