SOURCE: Car Horn

Try using a 12volt jumper wire directly to the horn from the car battery. also check the ground on the horn. The last thing I would do is pull the steering wheel cover. Make sure the horn is blowing first.

Vent solenoid location on a 2003 sunfire

On a 2002 Sunfire, the fuel vapor canister purge solenoid (AKA canister vent solenoid) is between the engine and the firewall, up high near the hood. It's a black box with two hose or fuel vapor line ports going toward the passenger side and one toward the driver side. One of the passenger side hoses goes to the vapor canister.

My service light is on.... what can it be???? it's a 2002 pontiac sunfire

if you will need to hook up a code tester to the aldl link under your instrument panel, normally located on the drivers side close to the steering wheel, this will give you any trouble codes that your computer in your car has stored, most auto part stores do this for free.

Where is power steering pump?

The power steering reservoir is on the passenger's side near the engine wall. You will need a flash light follow the drive belt down past the alternator to the power steering pump.

Horn doesnt work how do i take the steering wheel apart on a 2002 chevy malibu because i think its a wire in the syeering wheel and i dont want to deploy the air bag

First you want to disconect the battery before you do any work near the air bag. And secondly there is nothing in ther like we are used to fixing back in the day. What is in there now is what is called a clock spring. This is a mess of wires that everything in the steering wheel runs through. I.E. horn, cruise, turnsignal. you get the idea. And its all packed into a neat little can that just plugs in. Trust me when I say this- the wires are way to small to fix- just replace it. As far as removing the wheel, look on the back side of the wheel and you will see the screws that hold the pad on , then procced like normall after disconecting the battery first.
