Most likely you need motor mounts for the shaking and clunking.
The check engine light being on could cause the accelerating problem. It could be something as simple as the fuel filter being old and plugged up. Have you ever changed the fuel filter? This could cause the engine to run lean making the check engine light come on. And when accelerating the engine will be "starving" for fuel causing poor acceleration.

Sounds like you need to replace your o2 sensor and your TPS, check also how dirty your MAF sensor is, hows you fuel mileage, if it's poor then your o2 sensors and your MAF needs to be replaced, O2 and MAF sensor are the unit thats responsible for F and A ( fuel and air mixture)

93 camry 3.0L V6 timing belt

A 6 cylinder is an interference fit engine . Chances are you bent some valves IF the belt slipped.
Mounts usually don't make a vehicle shake as you described.
I believe the milage intervalfor timing belts is every 60 thousand.
Good luck

Sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. In order to find the leak listen around the engine for a hissing noise. Make sure there is no hissing when you press on the brake
