Parking lights not working F-250 2008

2008 F-250 - Everything has been working fine but, now the Running Lights, Mirror Light, Roof Light are not working... They are on the same circuit i know. I used the Power Probe 3 on provided power to Fuse 64 of the Power Distribution Box on the Driver's side next to the battery and the lights turn on. I checked the relay and the realy is good. I went to the Switch and pulled out the wires and got power from the switch that is to be the Running Lights but, nothing.

Parking lights and high beams work great. No low beams. No daytime running lamps. Also, water running down roof and along trunk rim, goes through rear light and leaks into trunk.

replace black trunk weather stripping on rim of trunk. easy to do yourself.
As for the lights check your daytime running light relay/module -possible problem. You may want a tecnician to inspect this for you..

Parking and backup lights quit working.everything else works including instrument lights.checked fuses and parking light relay both are good. Can someone please come up with a suggestion.

Try checking out your light bulbs in parking and backup light locations. Sometimes when one bulb goes out or just comes loose, it stops the entire circuit from operating.

Blows fuses when parking lights are turned on. Headlights work fine even running lights.

If it only happens when you turn the switchto the parking lights then it is most likely the swich that is the problem. Light swich failure appears to be a common fault with fords

Parking light malfunction

The remote starter is the culprit. Your vehicle has a body computer, and it is not programmed to understand the installation of a remote starter. More often than not, the remote starters cause very bizarre things to happen to the body computer. Best advice: Remove the remote starter before it causes permanent damage to the body computer. A BC replacment is over $1,200 dollars.
