You might have an A/c Leak and not have anymore Freon in the system. I would take the CR-V to a shop that deals and is certified with A.C and have them Test your system.
To reset maintenance light, first you need to reset trip A to zero (0) and reset trip B to zero (0) then while hold the reset button in, turn your ignition key to accessories and keep hold for about 5 second the light will flash couple times then go out. If the light won't go out on the first try then repeat the procedures again the light will go out then after that you can check the AC.
