Normal, inspect the PCV valve if it seems excessive and you might have some blow by too.

As I was saying before the computer went blank, after you replace the PCV valve as "loosechange2" said, check and see if you are still getting air around the oil filler. If so, check the compression on the cylinders. If you get more than 10 percent difference from one cylinder to the next, it is time to rebuild the engine, in particular hone cylinders and replace the rings.

I have a bmw 330i 2006 and i have oil coming out of the oil filler cap thats on top of the engine what could be the problem because the cap it self looks fine and tight

You may be having problems with the crankcase pressure regulating valve (PCV). If this is clogged or malfunctioning, pressure can build up inside the engine and blow oil out the filler tube.

Where is the filler cap located in my bmw 325i 2002 model

Your question did not specify what "filler cap".
The above response from FTjoe is for the power steering filler cap.

The following RealOEM link is for the engine oil filler cap (Item 4) which is square and black and is on top of the engine. It goes through the plastic cover into the cylinder cover

The engine oil filter housing cap (Item 3) is shown below:

Bmw 318i oil leak

make sure that the filler cap seal is in place and not gone hard over time also has the rocker cover been off at some stage if it has check that the gasket has not moved the other thing to look out for is that the PCV (breather )valve is in good working order if it is damaged the sump compression will rise and push oil out

Bmw 316 1993 L Reg, after losing my oil filler cap, (I drove for a couple of days before discovering cap was missing) i replaced cap, but now have erratic rpm on start up, this lasts for a minute or so...

The good news is they planned on people loosing there oil caps. This is why they put this neat little guard in the valve cover to keep the oil in the engine where it belongs. As far as the erratic idle it sounds as though it is just a fluke that it started at the same time. Try a good tune up and have the MAP sensor checked as well as the idle air speed solenoid cleaned. This should take care of the problem or lead your tech in the correct direction. Hope this helps you out. Good luck.
