Parking brake light keeps going off, even when I changed the fuse twice

If you mean the brake lights, then check the bulb sockets for corrosion. Battery cleaner works for this. If the tabs are black, they are arcing. Use a paper clip and bend the tabs towards the bulb.

Dashboard lights out and also brake lights. does that mean the battery needs to be changed on 1998 Toyota rav 4x4?

I doubt the battery would be the cause.
The dash lights are on a different circuit from the brake lights.
Do you have power at both fuses ?

2005 chevy impala wont shift from park

I would begin by checking the brake lights to see if they are working. Find a piece of wood to wedge between the seat and brake pedal or have a assistant get in the vehicle and depress the brake pedal while you observe the lights to see if they are functioning. If the brake lights work then the issue is with the shift interlock solenoid or the wiring to the solenoid. If the brake lights do not illuminate then I would go to the owners manual to check for the fuse location and test the fuse.

No brake lights and i already changed the bulbs. for a 1984 d150

Before you did the lamp change you could have measured the voltage at the point of brake application. Now if present then check if the rear lamp assembly gets the ground connection.
if absent the brake light switch is faulty. Check the voltage at the switch point.
Also check the brake lamp fuse on the fuse box under the dashboard.

My daughters 1998 honda accord ex keeps blowing fuses she is having to replace the brake light fuse after we replaced the brake light switch when she changed the fuse last the horn blew and she was shocked...

The horn and rear brake lights are on the same fuse. Eventually the horns rust out like on my 1998 CRV. Once I replaced the horns, I could put in a new fuse without it blowing every time I sounded the horn. Problems still remain, namely: the cruise control does not engage and the remote start only starts the engine that runs for two seconds then dies. Still looking for an answer. It's a "Code Alarm" with Codestart dated 11/24/99.

1997 gmc 3500, no brake lights, already changed the brake light switch. still have same problem. i have running lights and turn signals, and flashers. can anyone help me fix this?

Hello , do you have amber colored turn lenses or red? I ask this because maybe the bulbs are not dual filament type in the brake light socket. There maybe a brake light fuse also. Do you have a third brake light as well? Does it work? Quinn , Arizona

Consider what you have changed when stereo was installed. Using existing wiring is not like it used to be. The electronics has changed that. Going from fuse block is not a good thing.
Try undoing and examining wiring for damage and consider routing from battery. Cables are available for extra wiring from the battery.
