Install a good fast idle valve and see if this will solve the problem. If not, try replacing the mass air flow sensor.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Have helper use a piece of hose about 5 feet long to listen all over top of engine when first started to try to find noise.

My suzuki grand vitara is not starting after a roll over

No roll over switch on this model, pull the spark plugs and clean them, turn it over with the plugs out with rags over the motor to catch any oil. then put the plugs in and try it again, it won't take much oil on the plugs to stop it starting.

1999 suzuki grand vitara will not turn over, jumping starts the car, also vehicle was very low on oil, wondering if there is an oil sensor?

If jumping the car off starts it and it will keep running, then you have a bad battery and need to replace it. If it starts the car and it shuts off again, you need to replace your alternator.

As for the oil situation, make sure there isn't an oil leak. And it isn't likely that there's an oil sensor.

My 2003 suzuki grand vitara turns over yet wont start this happens randomly. It sometimes grinds when I mess with it too much, usually if I leave it alone for 10 min or so it will finally catch and start,...

The grinding is usually related to a worn starter in need of replacement. There may be burrs or broken teeth on the flywheel. You would need to inspect.
The hard start could be anything. When was the last tune-up? How are the filters? Has the engine light come on? If so were any codes retrieved?
