On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls

I have a 1992 Buick LeSabre and cannot open the drivers door from the inside. How do I remove the door panel?

All screws have to be removed and the window switch panel has to be disconnected. It may have hidden screws or simply snaps into place. Pull the inner door handle out and there should be a screw holding the escutcheon plate on the door, The arm rest is also held with at least two screws, remover these. Use a flat tool to pry along the edge of the door and door panel, pop the panel away slightly, the snapping point are the places where the panel is held with nylon panel snaps that screw in to the door panel. If you break these you can buy them at an auto parts store.
The door handle pulls on a rod that pulls on the door latch, this is held in place with a bell crank hook / lock. This is usually the part that fails.....

Passenger door on my 2dr 89 LeSabre wont open

You're going to have to take the inner panel off to figure it out. If the seat won't go back far enough, you may have to remove it first.

2000 buick lesabre need to take passenger side inside door panel off to fix electric windon

These panels are held on by clips, which often are damaged when the panel is removed. Carefully slide the blade of a stiff putty knife under the panel and gently lift and work your way aroung the panel to remove it.
