1995 F150 turns over but won't start intermitantly.
It will start if you shut the key off and on while trying to start it it does it at mostly cooler temps its a 5.0 with dual tanks I have already changed the fuel pump relay.

If it cranks but won't start, you will need to figure out if you are dealing with a spark or fuel problem to proceed. Check those things and let me know what you find.
You can try lubricating it with WD40 but you most likely need a new ignition. not sure about your location but if you live in Canada you can check partsource.com
Ford truck was running fine then it just shut's OFF, afterwards did start once stayed on for a couple of minutes then shut off again. A friend thinks it's the computer after checking the car. Note I did pressure wash the engine 2 day's before and didn't use it till now.
Sounds like fuel pump or fuel pump relay but most likely pump. If the pump get too hot after running, the pump will not build up enough pressure to start but after sitting, it will cool off enough to build up the proper fuel pressure.
Another thing to check is the ignition module for the distributer. They are known to heat soak also however you typiocally get a cut out or miss feel when those have issues.
If it turns over but just won't fire and the timing sounds fine when it does run you might consider your ignition switch. Does it sound like it wants to fire but only just when you let go of the key?
