Question about 1991 Honda Accord
It may be the O2 sensor. I know it's not the fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, Vehicle Speed Sensor, Dis. cap, or TCM.

Try changing your ignition coil. Mine was bad and causing the same troubles.
