My car horn doesn't work and I can't find the horn anywhere. Makes a small sound and the problem isn't the fuse.

You will probably find the horn hiding behind your grille and up from the bumper. Look well because they love to hide. Good luck

I have a 2001 stratus and the horn doesn't work. When I press the horn I hear a clicking sound. The fuse is OK, what's the problem

The clicking sound you are hearing is the horn relay engaging trying to supply power to your horn. Most likely horn itself needs to be replaced. Locate horn underneath in front near grill. With test light check for ground & with someone pushing on horn switch, check for positive. If you have good ground & power when pushing on horn switch need to replace horn.

Drivers airbag removal / horn switch removal 1998 dodge neon

I have a 98 dodge neon and the horn was stuck on all the time. I could not find anyone who could tell me how to remove the cover on the airbag so I could get to the horn touchpad. this is what i did.
first unhook the battery.
remove the 2 screws on the cruise control buttons on each side of the steering wheel.
remove the bolt(s) from both sides of the airbag bracket
unplug the horn wire
unplug the airbag wire CAREFULLY (it's the one in the center).( I left this hooked up)
I did not need to completely remove the air bag from my car, because my horn was stuck on and I just needed to remove the cover.
after I removed the airbag assembly I removed all the screws holding the cover on I removed the inner touch pad so I could fix it.
I reversed the steps to put it back together.. the horn works as it should.

There is no horn on my 1996 Dodge Neon, if there is it does not work and I can not locate it anywhere. Where is the horn located and how can I fix it?

the Relay Horn may be bad. the horn is located behind the drivers side headlight underneath the windsheild washer resevoir. You get to it by removing the plasic shield inside the fender around the tire. for 96 dodge neon.

Where is the horn located

For Horn on 1995 Dodge Neon
  1. Loosen the lug nuts on the front tire on the driver's side of the car.
  2. Jack up the vehicle, making sure it's high enough to clear the jack stands.
  3. Securely place the jack stands under the vehicle.
  4. Remove the tire from the car, and, if necessary, remove the inner wheel lining to allow access to the horn.
  5. Locate the horn and wiring, which should be located inside the front bumper of the car, slightly above the area of the tire.
Hope this help (remember comment and rated this).

Horn do not work

If the horn doesn't sound, check the horn fuse in the power distribution center located in the engine compartment. If the fuse is blown, replace it and retest. If it blows again, there is short circuit in the horn, or wiring between horn and fuse block.

Horn is located under vehicle on the front side of the vehicle between fender and front bumper.

Horn on my dodge neon is not working

The horn is located in the front end of the car, (drivers side). I had the same problem with mine. Locate the horn and just replace it, (10-30$) if you still can't find it or don't feel that your capable of doing it, ask a friend, a shop or buy a Haynes Repair manual and try again.
